The property on our Khirana Samui development has been designed to blend with the natural island environment and we will work diligently to reduce our impact on the environment using natural, replenish-able materials wherever possible.

Our construction practices are aimed at a western buyer’s mindset and therefore the standard of work and materials are reflected in the property specification. The plans are the foundation from which to add or alter features in order to create the perfect living or renting environment. However, standard features include but are not exclusive to:

• High quality well managed construction, and where possible A grade local materials.
• Western standard bathroom fittings and kitchens. (Upgrade packages are available for those who have very specific needs or desires.)
• IT Infrastructure to allow a high tech, scalable home in terms of audio visual and computing platform.

If you have any special requirements we can introduce the specialists you need to create any features you would like, therefore the specification of the property can be honed to give you, the new owner exactly what you want.

As the property is part of a boutique resort we will, for the owners who wish to take part in the rental aspect of the property provide full management and service options.

This will be developed during the construction phase and we expect to provide the following: Rental kit: Linens, crockery and all necessary items, branded as the Khirana Samui Resort to maintain a single, high standard of service to benefit all guests.

Rental and business management services: We will be able to assist with the business / commercial aspects of owning an income producing investment here in Thailand. We will take care of legal and tax issues making sure your investment is attractive and remains legal at all times.
