As this is our flag ship resort development on Koh Samui we aim to prove our product within the market before we look to benefit as a company. Therefore, we have priced our product to sell.

Having analyzed the market we have found that beach front property is commanding 100,000 baht per m2 and above, which is still in our opinion inexpensive when compared to more developed destinations globally.

To further benefit our customers we have decided to offer for our soft launch prices at well under the expected market price.

Starting at around 55,000 baht per m2 of built up area we intend to sell quickly as this will enable us to build our reputation on our delivery, not our marketing material.

By already owning hundreds of rai’s of beautiful land all over the island through our local partners our intention is to build a following of customers, creating a long term business model where the future is free of worry for both our customers, who we are deeply accountable to, and our investors and families who will we hope take over the legacy of these businesses in time.
