The Khirana Samui Project land is a beautiful 2.4 rai plot which boasts around 70m of unspoiled beach front, which is accessed directly from well established government concrete roads.

Our resort development (see master plan graphic) has been designed to provide the most relaxing and private residential spaces for our customers while maintaining a well planned resort facility which we believe will entice high occupancy. This we believe will provide strong rental income for our owners.

We will conduct the construction in phases, releasing the rear waterfront properties first, and then the mid section of the resort before releasing the beach front units. This is to make sure the project is completed in a sensible order and all buyers are equally well looked after.

Our initial construction plan is to develop the common infrastructure, water canals, walkways, swimming pool, restaurant and common facilities first. This strategy has been chosen to make sure that once a unit is complete it will be usable, even before the resort is open.
