About the Khirana Samui team:

The Khirana Samui development has been borne out of the integration between a very established and respected local family here on Koh Samui, a highly skilled and sort after Bangkok born architect who settled to the islands over 10 years ago, and an English Investment professional who had chosen Thailand as his home more than five years ago.

The joining of these three groups has been tremendously stabilizing as the Khirana Samui management team now consists of the vital ingredients required to plan, establish, market, construct and manage a successful project here on Samui.

With collective experience in design, resort development, execution, business management and finance of well over 50 years and several existing successful businesses the group is perfectly placed to offer security to their chosen customers.

We have assembled a team to carry out all works “in house” rather than have the associated risks and problems arising from dealing with island based contractors. We believe this accountability yet again proves our commitment to our clients.

We have invested in experienced manpower, up to date machinery and equipment and believe the company ethos and culture not only provides quality to our customers but also, and very importantly allows us to reward and look after our local staff and employees: providing them with a well organised and safe future and enabling us to train and improve our services over time.
